I have signed up for an account, but my dashboard is blank? What do I do?
Make sure that the email address that you used to sign up for an account matches the email address where the invite was sent. For privacy reasons, users are only granted access to an organization's dashboard if they have been invited. To avoid any problems, click the link within the invite email and be sure to use that same email address when registering.
Why does my name show up next to some of the requirements?
You have been assigned by the organization's administrator to oversee the progress of certain requirements. Your responsibility will be to review any support documents that are submitted by the chapter leaders and ultimately approve the completion of that requirement. You may also leave comments and reject submissions that do not meet the requirements.
